Artist's Comments

oof this has been a WIP for a long time, finished for now.
What do you think?
The colours are nasty messed up as I had to photograph it lit up with my desklamp which is very yellow so please bear with until I can get it scanned.
Beautiful stock reference from ~JewelStock

...those annoying imperfections that always show up just as soon as you are start beginning to like something...

But I'm glad I finished it! I've been meaning to for a long while..

[edit] Do you think I should work on the lines a bit more and add some varied line weights?

Wow! I think this is very striking; the imperfections don't stand out to me at all.

This is lovely. I really like the bright red umbrella against the very neutral tones of the rest of the picture.

I really like it, the colors are eye soothing, the form is great, her expression is dreamy =) and hats off, of course to anyone doing traditional work, very nicely done

Very nice, bunny. I love the sky and the light on the raincoat is really effective. Only point of contention is the hair - with the vibrancy of the red, and the contrast of the red and green, the hair is just too washed out and grey. Maybe pick up the purples and oranges in the sky in it somewhat?

Oh, very impressing! I like the way you coloured her hair. <3

I love the lighting on the coat. I've been trying to work with watercolors lately after years of working with oils, so I'm taking in all I can from other people's watercolors
